Reporting Misconduct

At Photon Energy Group, we are committed to operating with integrity.

In line with current regulations as well as our own values and expectations, we have instituted an internal reporting system through which possible misconduct can be reported.

Misconduct includes activities which could be interpereted or preceived as:

  • ilicit or illegal
  • in contradiction with the values and principles described in our Code of Ethics and other internal policies
  • harmful to Photon Energy Group, our employees or contractors, or our reputation as an entrepreneur, competitor and employer

How to Report Misconduct

  1. The Photon Energy Group SpeakUp Line: a platform for employees, consultants, suppliers and stakeholders to report misconduct related to Photon Energy Group business and operations.
  2. A personal meeting with the Integrity Officer. The meeting can be arranged by sending an email to compliance@photonenergy.com (However, please note that email is not to be used for direct reporting of misconduct.)

The SpeakUp Line is managed by an independent third party operator. Users can choose to remain anonymous, and all communication is encrypted. Any report which comes back to Photon Energy Group is strictly confidential and are dealt with only by the Integrity Officer (an employee of the Photon Energy Group Compliance department, who was entrusted with the whistleblower protection agenda).

If you have witnessed any misconduct, please report your concerns.

SpeakUp Line

Alternatively, for employees, consultants, suppliers and stakeholders of Czech companies that are part of the Photon Energy Group, it is possible to submit a notification directly to the Ministry of Justice (oznamovatel.justice.cz), however, for the sake of efficiency, we recommend using our internal reporting system, described above.
