Asset Manager

We are expanding our Asset Management team and looking for an experienced Asset Manager who is ready to take ownership of a diverse portfolio of photovoltaic power plants located in Hungary.

• Overseeing day‑to‑day operation and performance of owned and third‑party PV plants
• Managing EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) handovers, acceptance tests, guarantees, and completing asset documentation
• Coordinating and supervising Operations & Maintenance providers, annual Operations and Maintenance plans, and service contracts
• Leading contract management, including renegotiations and compliance tracking, as well as electricity marketing and PPA contract handling
• Monitoring technical and financial performance, proposing optimization and repowering strategies
• Ensuring regulatory, health, safety & environment guidelines, legal, tax, and permit compliance across all assets
• Preparing and managing reporting for regulators, DSOs (Distribution System Operators), lenders, insurers, and clients
• Acting as primary contact for third‑party clients, including budgeting, cost follow‑up, and Data Room management
• Managing insurance, incident cases, and claim processes
• Identifying technical and commercial opportunities to maximize asset value and reduce OPEX

• Minimum 2 years of experience in renewable energy or property/asset management
• University degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Economics, or related field
• Hungarian native speaker with communicative English for interaction with clients and internal teams
• Active driver with willingness to travel regularly to power plant sites across Hungary
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and proactive, detail-oriented approach
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders
• Administrative diligence and solid commercial mindset
