About The Role

Are you a backend engineer with a passion for building highly available, scalable, and distributed systems? As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and developing robust applications that power our platform.

Key Responsibilities

Taking full ownership of system stability, performance, and ongoing development
Maintaining, monitoring, and enhancing high-quality microservices in Golang (with occasional work in Java)
Diagnosing and resolving production issues while proactively reducing technical debt
Ensuring an appropriate level of system and software documentation
Collaborating directly with stakeholders and users to understand priorities and delivering effective solutions
Participating in technical recruitment and supporting onboarding of new engineers

Qualifications and Experience

5+ years of experience building microservice-based systems, including 3+ years hands-on with Golang
Strong ownership mindset, independence, and responsibility for system stability
Solid understanding of distributed systems, plus experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Experience with MongoDB, Timescale DB, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Argo CD, and Jenkins
Ability to troubleshoot production issues and reduce technical debt
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders
Communicative level of English and native-level Polish
Familiarity with Jira, GitLab, and basic Java syntax
Team-player attitude with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
